All the quoted prices are on the basis of EX works

2, Payment Terms

(1) Full payment by Western Union or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) before shipment for the order less than 200pcs.

(2) 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment by T/T for the order more than 200pcs.

3, Shipment & Delivery

(1) DHL,Fedex,UPS and TNT are recommended for the safety of cargo and fast delivery for the order less than 100pcs.

(2) For customers' alternative,we can recommend our cooperative forwarder .

(3) Insurance for every cargo, small or big, is highly recommended.

If any damage or lost happens to the cargo, please refuse to sign and take some photos as the proof to make complaint to the courier company and apply for compensation from the insurance company(if you buy the insurance for the cargo).

4, After-sales service

(1) One-year warranty service is available.

(2) 2% spare parts are available for free for the order more than 500pcs.
